I've got raw shell-on shrimp marinating in olive oil, citrus, and some essence. The calamari tube and tentacles are soaking in tomato, garlic, olive oil, a bit of essence, and some oregano for that Greek/Mexican vibe. In a couple hours there will be a fire made and the mar shall meet the char. |

I've got two of those. One is a fully assembled spare in case there is a situation with the first. Best grill ever. Super efficient and primal. Fire grate heat eat. |
