I just had way too much Montchevre La Cabrie cheese. It's soft ripened goat cheese and just spectacular.
This might get bad...I used to have a $10/day cheese habit.

I'm getting in deep shit now. Couldn't resist the Blue Castello after being primed with chevre.
Triple cream, 70% fat.
